Permit Application

Our clients approached us after several failed permit application for an alteration to the existing building design. We organised a site visit and assessed the property. We distributed questionnaires to neighbouring properties asking for objections and reasons. We assured them about noise control which was a popular concern by changing  working times and shortening the length of each visit. Again we distributed  a second questionnaire with solutions offered and had a face to face meeting to reassure them that there would be minimal noise and visual interruption.

We submitted the application with the consent from neighbours. Design was approved by council and property was successfully completed.
